Mike Secrist of F13 Design Studio created this image, using Revit files supplied by Alexander Design Studio.

This image is being used for marketing material to generate interest from the public as well as future tenants of this space. The two buildings consist of 40,000 s.f. of retail, office, restaurants, and community happenings. It is geared towards using sustainable energy, reuse of stormwater and limiting runoff. It is to be presented as a Green project.

SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Revit were used for modeling. Corona Renderer is the rendering engine of choice. Photoshop and ArionFX were used for Post Production.
