As a team, consultants of F13 Design Studio, Adam Louie and Khashayar Shahkolahy helped with the modeling of many of the buildings on this large site. Mike Secrist, owner of F13, developed the rest of the image with modeling, texturing and lighting.

Opening Ceremony happened just recently for this $230 million dollar, 2.3 acre development project. 10 years in the making and F13 Design studio was commissioned to do several renderings plus an animation. This site was home to several different factories in its early times. From automobiles to a bleachery where they bleached and produced linens and textiles of all types. Now it is being redeveloped into an center for all ages. Winthrop University is right next to this site and near Charlotte, SC The project calls for a hotel, student housing for Winthrop University, residential homes, restaurants, and a sports complex that could attract about 3,000 visitors each weekend.
