Final year of bachelor of architecture student Arnas Janusauskas

Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, last course student of bechelor of architecture, Arnas Janusauskas is preparing bachelor's
work, which theme is sports and Recreation Center in Naujoji Akmene, Lithuania. Theme is prepared under Naujoji Akmene municipality request
in their given site to build a sport and recreation center.
Sport and recreation center is designed as modern architecture building - it is two volumes placed on top of each other. All
building form is functionally based, each push through or protrude is functional. It was a purpose to make building as a part of
stadium, connecting park and cultural heritage - palace of culture. Purpose was that people at events would be able to watch action
not only in building, but also in stadium or just relax ant admire view from park, that from main spots of city as Nepriklausomybes
avenue, town square, park or church, people would be able easily to reach building, that would be warranted good stream of people
and vehicles.
