FIL, Barreca & La Varra, Fondazione Housing Sociale, e Arup Italia with Innesto, the first Zero Carbon “Housing Sociale” Project, won the prestigious “C40 Reinventing Cities” competition for the area Scalo Greco Breda in Milan.
